The NHS Federated Data Platform is operated by Palantir Technologies, a US-headquartered company. Under US law — the CLOUD Act — federal agencies can compel disclosure of data held in US-company infrastructure, regardless of where the server sits, and without the individual's knowledge.

For UK citizens: a vault you chose. Your genomic data, held in UK sovereign infrastructure,
under your cryptographic control. When precision medicine is ready to make you an offer, you are in the room when the terms are set.
For researchers, clinicians, and institutions: access to a consented, sovereign cohort.
Research built on meaningful consent, not retrospective justification. Results from data
that contributors understood and agreed to provide, on terms that survive a change of leadership or a change of funder.
